It all started a long time ago, In Brazil, when I was watching television in a culinary program .
I saw Sarah Barbosa she was a great cake decorating that brought to Brazil art of cake decorating showing beautiful cakes decorating with a doll on the top made with sugar, wearing a bride dress.
Immediatly I fallen in love for art decorating in sugar paste .
This technic in 1988 was a new in Brazil ,and I became crazy to learn ,how can she does this?
It's impossible!
I was in her place and I learned different technics in chocolate and cakes and I thought :I can make dolls with white chocolate and sugar paste and the face the doll should be perfect !
I started to make a doll with white chocolate.
Although my life went the other way from that one day until now I have never stopped to learn about cake decorating.
It's hardy to believe that twenty five years has passed and know I am here in Australia and many things have change in my life,but the passion for cake decorating never finished .
And here I started to show my talent culinary and artistic .
Here I am going to make my dream come true !
