TOPSY TURVE CAKE CHINA CHALLENGE

I had a little holiday in my cousin's house in Beijin - China- and  she has a beautiful daughter Sofia she turned 15 years old and for us brazilian this day is very special and she asked me to make cake for her.
I was very scare about  to make this cake, first at all I left all my material in Australia ,and I dind't know where can find in China ,after  looked in my place I discovered didn't have any to buy.

So I should make the sugar paste ,and all things I needed...was very hard time and I was scare because I dind't know if I be able  to make a beautiful cake for her.Was the first three tier cake I made and Topsy Turve cake too.
And here is the cake I made, she loved and was very happy with the cake .
