TOPSY TURVE CAKE

This is my first funny Topsy Turve Cake ,really it is turve,I hope the next I make better .
The class was touch by  Joan McDemott and my girl friends and I had a good time learning
this crazy cake.
I decided to embellish the topsy turvy cakes to make them a little more exciting and elegant,and
I put my orchid  sugar flowers that I had learned with Helen Dissel.
The both class was the same day  started  in the morning and finish at night but in different place.
I drove in the morning to Hope Island have class with Helen Dissel after Helen and I was in the other place  one hour driving  to spent all afternoon learn more orchids after came back to Hope Island to have class with Joan Macdemott ...
This is the result when put everything together  flowers ,cake...and to much story to remember when I leave Australia.
